I know I'm not alone in saying that I sincerely hope these cards never have to be used! But I'm very glad I have them, just in case. My husband and I live in a somewhat isolated area, where roads are winding and dangerous, and where we must drive longer-than-average distances for the goods and services (food, medical appointments, etc) we need on a regular basis. I've often worried about what would happen to our pets if we should happen to have an accident on one of our forays away from home, as we don't always remember to tell a family member or neighbor when we're going to be gone for a few hours. I know some people might think that the well-being of pets would be the least of our concerns in case of a serious accident, but I wouldn't want them to suffer if we were unable to return home to care for them. These cards help alleviate that concern, by alerting responders at the scene of an accident who to contact to make sure our pets left at home are cared for if something should happen to us. It might seem kind of morbid, but it does help put my mind at ease.

This has given me a measure of comfort that may surprise people. Since my husband died I have been terrified that something would happen and no one would know that my dogs were alone. As someone who works in GSD rescue, I have seen tragedies because of this. I now feel much more secure that they will be taken care of if I should not be able to make it home. I also got one for my best friend since we are often together and it would be likely that what happened to one of us might also impact the other. Thanks to the company for such a great idea!

Id apply tape or lamination of some sort over this. Permanent ink wears off quickly.

My dogs are very important to me & their safety is my number one concern. As a single person I have been concerned about getting my dogs taken care of if I am in an accident. I am very happy with TLC Safety pet alert cards. They are well designed and durable. They arrived in a timely manner and the company immediately reached out to see if I was satisfied.

Originally received the wrong product, and was very disappointed. However, the company immediately told me they would correct the order and that is exactly what they did! Boy, was I impressed. And the card and key tag are just the perfect size to keep in your wallet and on your keychain. A very nice product, indeed, and I am very pleased with it and the service of the company.

This is really a great idea, especially for elderly and single people who live alone but it needs tweaking. The back of the card needs to be redesigned. There is no need to have the doctors name and phone and especially medical conditions/blood type/medications. No hospital will give blood unless they type and cross match you there. The medication area is way too small to be inclusive. The average # a person takes is 4 and 19 for the elderly. Keep the whole back of the card for emergency contacts. Also the key tag needs to be more distinctive to stand out and get attention. It looks too much like every other store key tag. If it's on a key ring with store tags, no one will pay attention to it.

A very nice convenience for pet owners. Because I have had a stroke in the past I do worry, a bit, not all the time, about being away from home and getting sick. This is nice to know that someone will quickly know that my dog is home and needs attention. Makes me feel good as well and that is probably the most important part. Good service, quick delivery.

After having a semi run a red light and almost hit me, I realized I wanted an alert so police/emergency responders would know to check my home to ensure my pets were cared for. If a family member was there it could possibly be an unnecessary step for whomever, but if there was no one there it could be a lifesaver for my dogs. I love the extra security these tags provide.

The keyring card is very flimsy and bends and creases very easily. This product is disappointing. And DEFINATELY NOT worth the money!
