First unit did not charge. 2nd unit (replacement) is not charging ither
I am in New York City. After charging the case with the flares for 48 hours, it did not work. I tried in different outlets, in different rooms, the light on the case stay red. I requested a return from Amazon. Yesterday I received the replacement, This second unit has been charging since yesterday, more than 24 hour, it does not work, the light on the case stays red and the power button (on/off) does not work, the top part of the flare does not rotate. What's the problem with the original unit and now its replacement?
