Camellia’s Tea House Refresh and Rebuild Tea with Turmeric, Chamomile and Rosemary, 20 Teabags

This tea is bit different from other regular tea in the market. I like the taste of the tea as it has a blend of rosemary, turmeric and chamomile. All these herbs does give a strong taste when it gets blend with the tea. I thought this tea goes extremely well right in the morning, as it helps to get over the early morning lazyness and makes you refreshed straightaway.

This is a tasty and refreshing brew ,i could definitely taste the turmeric and a hint of rosemary and chamomile. The tea is aimed at reducing toxins and developing a healthy appetite. I am quite fond of turmeric as it supposedly helps reduce inflammation in the body and chamomile is good for helping to promote sleep so for me it is a great all round teabag to be enjoyed at all times of the day.Twenty teabags are included, i let mine steep for around 7 minutes and added a small amount of sugar but it tastes nice without the added sugar too. I like that the packet is sealable, that way it helps to keep the contents fresh, i just feel they are a tad overpriced at £9.30 for 20 teabags.

I love drinking chamomile tea before bed as it helps me to calm down and fall asleep faster. Often I feel my brain to be constantly working before bed but this Chamomile, Turmeric and Rosemary Herbal Tea has genuinely changed my life these last few weeks. The blend is truly special and unlike any other that I have tried. The flavour is intense and the added rosemary really does make this very refreshing and calming before bed. Perfect for the summer!I personally have been adding some honey into the tea to help provide more benefits as well as some sweetness though this really isn't necessary as the blend is already really well balanced. The packaging is really well designed and keeps the tea bags fresh within the packaging. I do wake up nowadays feeling refreshed and ready to face the day. Usually I would wake up and feel unmotivated and groggy. This really hasn't been the case since drinking this tea which is why I said it was life changing. Overall, 5 stars and worth every penny. This is a very fine flavoured herb tea. I'm interested to see quite a careful balance between sedating and stimulating herbs: chamomile, lemon balm, passionflower and rose petals are all herbs I would use and mix for an evening cup, but in this are also stimulating rosemary, and black pepper, plus turmeric which I think of a toniflying and strengthening,. Rose hips, which give a slight astringency certainly come under the 'refreshing' claim. I found this quite balancing, in the end, and was able to drink it both late and early.As to the flavour, the notes I particularly noted were a slight sweetness from the rose petals, creaminess too, which may come from chamomile and rose, a green, lemon tang possibly from the lemon balm and the rosemary, and quite strongly - and very pleasantly, that warm, peppery noteThere are a lot of digestive stimulants in there, - the digestive system works most efficiently when stress is not stopping its function, so the inclusion of the calming herbs and the more stimulating digestive spices is a good balanceNot the cheapest of teas, but very pleasant. And the fact that the packaging is recyclable is a definite plus

I can be a bit picky about chamomile- sometimes I love it but occasionally it’s too strong. This is a perfect blend, I usually drink mid morning but it can be nice in the evening too.

Makes for a nice refreshing brew. None of the bags have come apart or leaves appeared in water which is always good. Seems like a fair price for the amount of quality tasting tea bags.
