YMC 10-Watt Electric Guitar Combo Amplifier with Boost Switch and 1/4" Headphone Out, Starter Amp -Black

I ordered this for my son. He is learning to play the bass guitar, and this amp was the perfect size and price for a beginner!

Only downside was when I ripped off that ugly brand badge it left behind a glob of glue... But that's on me.

FRAUDULENT ADVERTISING. The listing is for a "Stedman" amplifier but to my shock and dismay, what I have received is a "Vizcaya" brand amplifier.Immediately upon opening the package I contacted Stedman directly and asked the customer service representative if perhaps Vizcaya is an off shoot of their brand. According to Stedman, they have no knowledge of this brand at all and frankly neither does anyone else.Before I review the actual product it should be noted that Stedman is known for their top quality craftsmanship.What this SCAM ARTIST sold me was a cheaply constructed piece of junk. Upon setting it up and plugging it in, it lets loose an ear splitting screech. The bass knob literally does NOTHING. I don't think it's even connected to the rest of the circutry. Additionally, the AUX jack doesn't work at all. I've tried multiple different AUX cables and none of them work when plugged into the amplifier.The "overdrive" switch is also junk. When activated, the overdrive causes the amplifier to feedback uncontrollably. It doesn't work.More minor complaints include the front panel not being properly secured to the body of the amplifier. When you plug in any calves into the front it results in the entire control panel pushing backwards into the amp housing.The final insult that I have recieved from this seller is that red led power indicator is LITERALLY hanging out of the front panel. It has not been secured or fastened in anyway. Not even a drop of glue.I'm apalled by the deception of this listing. The seller is a con artist and should be deeply should be ashamed of their business practices.I want every bit of my money back and I won't drop this issue until it's resolved in a professional manner.Seller is a thief and a con artist.SHAMEFUL.

Great value for our 9 year old beginner. Very light weight and easy to transport.

It is a nice amp however that stand on the back is weak

Does what it needs to, overdrive channel doesn't sound too great but clean is really decent. Works well for apartment or small home practice spaces

I would like to return this amplifier it just started making unbelievable noise without the guitar plugged into it I have not had it that long and it no longer works please help me out here I am a very good customer of Amazon I purchase products all the time I would expect that you would do me a favor it just stopped working. I just bought a new cable and now I can’t even use itPlease review this and send me a return label and a credit so I can purchase one that works.I have spent tons of money on Amazon I believe I had a warranty for this not even a year old and it just quit working nothing but loud loud muffler noise please send me a return label and give me credit so I can purchase one that’s not going to fail me.
