Good book on leadership.

I only came across John Adair last year and was advised by a trainer to read some of his articles. I ended up buying this book and it was a real eye opener. There are lots of exercises to help you to understand the kind of leader you and provided some really useful insights throughout. I would recommend this book to anyone in a leadership position.Warning: Once you start reading it, you won't be able to put it down.

I enjoyed reading this book. John Adair surely knows this subject.The narrative is precise and easy to understand. Furthermore the writer has provided illustrations and diagrams that are very helpful in understanding the topics.The use of prominent and successiful world leaders as case studies is brilliant.I loved it and was good value for my money

Received quickly, only read the first few pages but this book seems really easy to read and understand. I am sure it will help me with my current management and leadership course study.
