Big Mistake
UPDATE: Amazon is giving me a full refund. I value good customer service and greatly appreciate their help.I should have known. The first time I tried to adjust the time the place where the time is adjusted came really loose. I sucked it up and it seemed to be working. Then Daylight Savings Time happened 3 days ago. I went to adjust the time and the whole battery casing and time adjusting box came off. Once that fell off the glass piece fell off also. Now I have a mantel casing and no clock. I would return it and just get my money if I could. Amazon says it is a non returnable item. Mackenzie Childs won’t hep. Don’t do it, don’t buy it.

Made in India!
Disgusting. This was trash, clock mechanism had popped out when it arrived, the 'Made in India' sticker still affixed to the bottom. This is not worth what you're paying for it, and Mackenzie promotes itself as an 'artisan' made and 'American heritage' brand. Nothing could be further from the truth.
