I'm delighted with this book!The key word is simple. No recipe takes up more than half a page, and each is accompanied by a photo of how the dish is supposed to end up. You can see the author's pedigree producing food to be photographed because each of the 60 dishes is perfectly turned out. Will I be able to make them look as good? Possibly, because the instructions are straight-forward and no-nonsense.What I particularly like about this book is that instead of a boring old list of ingredients, each recipe is presented along side a full page picture of the raw ingredients. This piece of magic makes you realise just how simple it is going to be to produce the dish. It makes the book a delight to use to plan and prepare meals.

Amazing book. All the recipes are really quick and easy. Excellent for week nights but also my new dinner party favourite. Cant believe how impressive the recipes are despite having so few ingredients.
