Have had the book a couple of weeks and slowly getting into the exercises I'm determined to keep going to get the strength back into my body . Thank you

A holistic approach to gaining maintaining strength, flexibility, balance, and ideal body weight.
I used this book as a companion to Jerzy's class 8 years ago. I highly recommend the book and the exercise routines in this book. Some of the things I like are the 1) whole body point of view; 2) the 18 exercises incorporate both stretching and strengthening; 3) weight ratios are designed to achieve balance between the various muscular groups; 4) the complete routine takes about 30 minutes to do.
