An Unexpected Peril (A Veronica Speedwell Mystery Book 6)

This is the best book on the Veronica Speedwell series so far. I just couldn't put it down. The part at Windsor castle was particularly good.

Not as good as the other books

I seriously need Deanna Raybourn to stop writing queer women if she's just going to keep burying them. Christ.If it weren't for the dead lesbian, this would have been fine, though I'm glad to be done with this series for the moment.This installment left a bad taste in my mouth.
