Q: can you return the suit if it doesn't fit?

Check the seller's return policy. Normally if it is not worn in a pool, just tried on, should not be a problem. Crotch guard should still be in place.

No, it is not. The fabric very elastic and feels firm once on the body.

Q: What does the size selection measure? 30, 32, 34, 36. Does this mean bust, waist, or hips.

It’s the band size or bra size. I am a US 12 athletic build 38 -30-42. 160 lbs A size 38 easily slips on and is comfortable but stretches out in the water. A size 36 is difficult to get on too tight on the shoulders but loosens up after a couple of swims. A size 34 is great for racing but really uncomfortable and has a tendency to rip. Just about all of the different brands fit similar. However the more Lycra the stretcher the suit will be. When you get into the carbon suits and the paper suits they do not have a lot of give

Q: Is this suit durable?

As far as I can tell it’s durable. I haven’t swam that much in it but when I do swim it’s in a heavily chlorinated pool. No issues with the suit so far. I’ve always had good experiences with speedo suits
