Softness
I use almost every miss Jessie product out there but the shampoo/ conditioner this was my first time and i like it I have natural curly hair 4A/4b I will buy again but these products are a little pricey but worth it

It's shampoo.
Smells nice, feels good to lather, and doesn't dry out your scalp. It's a perfectly serviceable shampoo.

Dandelion Head
What a shame. This stuff frizzes up all hair types. Dries out even virgin hair. Please fix that. I would like to use it but I cannot walk around looking like a dandelion.

Not the right product?
I've been using gel from Miss. Jessie's for over 8 years, so when I decided it was time to try a new shampoo, they were my go-to brand. I received this shampoo with the bottle leaking all over the box (about half the product gone). I've washed with it twice now and suds like crazy, and I end up with an itchy, dry scalp and frizzy hair. Not sure if it just isn't the shampoo for me, or perhaps it's been rebottled with sulfate shampoo inside.
