Got this for my daughter, 8, she has poop jokes all the time for me. so I got her this, but she wont even touch it lol. Its not huge but it looks pretty gross

It’s blue ink. The pen fits in the palm of my hand. Surprisingly, it writes quite nicely. It isn’t flimsy at all. It’s hard plastic.

While I am greatly pleased by the mere existence of this product, and am sure of its profitability, its creators would be remiss to not boldly improve on this revolutionary product - elevating it from a mere commodity to the purest expression of human art.Firstly, the ink on this pen should be brown. Secondly, the addition of corn kernels or other indigestible fibres would elevate its resemblance from the realm of possibly cat or dog to most assuredly human - enhancing the product's relatability to its human consumers. Thirdly, a more intricate use of texturing would also be appreciated - variations in smooth versus course texture would enhance realism and create a more visually arresting product.

I got one of these at a dollar store and included it in a 'poo gift box' I sent to my brother's work for Christmas back in 2009. It became a topic of conversation at the present opening gathering Christmas morning and everyone wants a few! The whole family has been trying to find them at a decent price ever since and I happened upon a SMOKIN' sale price here at Amazon at the 'More Fun N Games' store. Perhaps they don't write on poo, or write at all, or are not quite as dark as pictured but they do get people to stop in their tracks, pick them and even smell them when you leave them out on a desk!! 2 stars instead of 1 only bc it is quite funny. Unfortunately I bought it for my bathroom bc I have a “pooh” shelf with books about bodily functions and a bathroom guest book as a joke. The pen is to be used for the guest book but it only worked for about a sentence of writing. I took the ink portion out and there is maybe an inch of ink actually in the pen. The pen is also very flimsy and makes it hard to write properly. It’s a great gag gift but not worth the price! They don’t call it the number 2 pen for no reason.

Got this for my little brother because he's really into these kinds of gags.Item arrived within the estimated delivery time, but the color is a lot lighter than what is shown in the product image; mine is a light tan when the image shows dark brown. But I can always darken it myself later. There is also a very defined seam along the sides that shows quite obviously where the resin seeped through a bit, so it diminishes the realism of it. But I'm sure I can shave that off with a razor blade to help clean it up a bit. Lastly, the ink is a little dried up, I think, because it writes in stuttered lines, but shaking the ink towards the tip helps a little.

i bought this very excited, when i got this i was a little disappointed, but not too much, the pen ink ran out very fast, did not last very long, but it still looks pretty cool, but after i finished the ink i took the ink thing out and used it as a prank so it works even though it doesnt work anymore! still very happy, would buy again!

This pen is hilarious - by far one of my 15-year-old son's favorite stocking stuffers. He can't wait to take it to school to use (I must not have given him enough attention as a child). He says he's gonna chew on it - Ewww!!The ink is black - would have been funnier if it was brown ink. It doesn't write very well - it skips, so basically ineffective to write with. I'm going to try to exchange it for another one.Lastly, the "poop" is bendy, so you have to grip the very base of the pen when writing.

9 year old grandson loved it, he's at that 'age' so he found it quite amusing and liked the shock factor offering use of it to adults.Quite realistic !! Good stocking filler.
