What's My Pee Telling Me?

The book is roughly at par with what you might expect from an airport gift shop title like this. It has some lightweight humor in every article, it's written at a high school level and it's an ad hoc mixture of interesting trivia science and history. Two things annoyed me about the book that seem reasonably easy for the author's to amend in a later edition:1. Although there is some content in the book about issues faced more commonly by women, it should be noted that all of the illustrations in the book are of men. To my memory, they were also seemingly white men. It would be nice to see the illustrations altered in a later edition to appeal to a wider audience.2. My decision to purchase both What's Your Poo Telling You? and What's My Pee Telling Me? was a mistake. Despite distinct advertising, the books largely overlap and have a great deal of repeated content between them. Nothing on the front or back covers suggests that this is the case. I consider this somewhat dishonest advertising, although I acknowledge that my decision to buy both books at once might be out of the ordinary.

Have the poo book so this completes the loo library set! Entertaining and educational.PS the #1 book is their poo book...

We have "What's Your Pooh Telling You" and it is not something you normally talk about but the authors have made it so comical that they will be one of the funniest books you read. I read it out loud on a trip and he did not want to at first but after a while he was laughing so hard I was worried about it interfering with his driving. It really does convey important things you should know and look for as to how your system is working. It tells you a lot about your general health and now days, we need to stay on top of our health, to give doctors the best information we can or at least to know when we should be concerned and aware of what is going on with our body. Our "Septic" system is a window to what is going on inside us so this is a comical way of being informed.

I purchased this book as a gift and I received this review from the recipient:"I have to say, while I loved the book, I do think they need more diversity, namely, a woman needs to be involved in their books. There's a lot of different issues with menstruation that they simply don't cover! Period poops needs a section for sure. And for pee, why not UTI pee or stuff like that?It seems that they are not squeamish at all, so all they need to do is get a woman on the scene to educate them and help write those sections.Otherwise, I give books 1 and 2 five stars!!! They are hilarious and educational."

People did think I was weird when reading it, but it was really funny and educational at some points. I have some of the other versions/books, and I love the "snarkiness", the humour, and how it is still not completely immature.

This is a cute book with lots of good information to help you with your health I highly recommend

A light-hearted, informative primer about the #1 thing in your life. It dovetails nicely with the authors' companion work, What's Your Poo Telling You? I keep it in our guest bathroom - it's a source of comment and hilarity with visiting friends and family.

This book is divided into two parts: Part 1 is about your pee and part 2 about farts.The book is well illustrated and easy to read. It is full of interesting facts and pee and farts that I found useful and helps to better understand how our bodies work. I was a bit disappointed they didn't expand the bit on urine therapy, as there is quite a bit of info out there on that subject.
