Overall, we really liked this over my 7 year old's long arm cast, that was, until it needed to be cleaned it. I'll spare the details, but there was a vomit incident that required a soiled cast to be placed in the cover. I couldn't get it cleaned and dry after that. So, as long as you avoid any mishaps, this should keep you covered!

This little doohickey is a life saver. We were doing it the hard way by wrapping the cast each night before bath time. This thing can be easily stretched enough so that it easily slides over the cast but is tight enough to make an airtight seal. No water gets in. I was skeptical but now I won’t let dd near the water without it.

I wanted to give this product 5 stars because they allow my granddaughter to shower and not worry about getting water in her casts. However they are so slippery my girl was actually praising our hand-bars because she could hold on to something and wash somewhat safely. We’re buying a slip pad which will take care of it but perhaps adding a warning would be prudent.

Worked very well for my 4 yr old with an arm cast that went halfway up his upper arm. He has skinny arms (probably as skinny as any 4 yr old can be), and the hole opening still worked to give him a tight fit. The only minor issue was that since he was so small, the rigid blue circle is big relative to his size, so he had to make sure to keep his arm a bit outward, otherwise when he tries to relax his arm down all the way next to his body, it shifted the ring and compromised the snug fit of the hole opening around his arm.

This was the smallest cover I could find to cover my 2 year olds cast and it was huge. Also, the second time he used it, he took it off by himself and tore a chunk out of the top so now it leaks when he showers. Was super bummed.
