I am an avid female runner and live in a very sunny place so I was always on a quest to find the perfect visor. It had to be lightweight, comfortable, wicking, have decent sun coverage, and durable. This visor fits all of those criteria. Most unisex visors are not flattering on women because the bill is basically the same as a baseball cap. This visor's extended bill wraps a little more around the sides, not only increasing the sun protection coverage, but also lending a flattering shape to the visor. The material is performance poly which evaporates sweat very quickly. There is no towel-like lining on the headband, so this visor is not hot on the head. I bought the dark gray and it is comfortable in the blazing sun. The hook and loop closure in back is secure and has not worn out with a few months of use. The foldable seam in the middle of the bill makes it easy to cram into a gym bag or a back pocket, when not in use. I even wear this visor when I go out for headlamp night/pre-dawn runs. It is easy to layer the headlamp over it and the bill keeps the glare of the headlamp from getting into my eyes. Even though this visor is not the most stylish one out there (I wish they would make one in plain black!), it is the most functional, economical, and comfortable one I have found and I have tried visors from Lululemon, Adidas, Nike, Pearl Izumi, Head Sweats....you name it, I have tried it.

I just purchased another Aero Visor because it's my constant companion I grab when I walk out the door to walk, hike, boat, bike, drive, go to festivals, work outside, camp, snowshoe or just about anything I do outside, in sun, rain, even snow. I shovel snow with it on under my hood because it keeps the snow off my face and reduces the glare from the snow. And it's also the perfect packable travel item.I found my first one at a flea market 12 years ago and since I prefer visors to hats, thought it'd be a handy item since it folds in half and I can slip it into my pocket, purse or backpack very easily and I liked the wide and deep coverage it offered over other typical visors. I loved that one so much that I soon purchased another one from Sunday Afternoons, the company that makes them, so I'd have a back-up visor and another color choice. And here I am,12 years after my first Aero Visor purchase, buying a 3rd and 4th visor. My original visor is still in great shape because it is so well made. The only reason for new ones is because my original one is slightly faded and has some sweat stains that still remain after washing. And that might be because I don't stop using it long enough to wash it much. That old one will now live in my car as a back-up. I just used my new one on a 5 day gals trip to the mountains where it came in handy for walks around the lake, shopping and even during a hike where the sunshine turned to rain and then hail and snow. I knew I always had it handy and folded in the side pocket of my backpack, ready for whatever adventure I was heading to. Great job, Sunday Afternoons! Please keep on making the Aero Visors... and in more colors too!

I love visors, but comfortable ones are hard to fine. These visors are lightweight, not too tight. And easy to fold and pack in your bag or put in pocket or backpack. Sporty and stylish too!

I was looking for a visor to wear for tennis and other outdoor activities and was hoping the Aero visor would be a good fit.Pros:- Lightweight- Fits my large head (I have super thick hair that I put in a ponytail when wearing visors)- Brim is oversized that it provides decent coverage but doesn't get in the way or look comical- Dries quickly- Haven't personally tried the sunglass holder or clamshell folding feature but they seem usefulCons:- The biggest con for me is that the visor leaves a very visible horizontal indentation mark on my forehead after wearing it for as little as 15 minutes. The material that sits flush against the forehead is too thin so the part of the bill that attaches to it protrudes through the thin material and presses against my skin. I don't cinch the visor tightly either and tried wearing it looser than usual (within reason), but it still leaves a visible mark.Even though the visor is comfortable to wear and provides the functionality I'm looking for, I would only use it as a backup because I prefer not to have a large mark that spans the length of my forehead when I take it off.

This visor is great! I purchased this visor while on a vacation and absolutely love it. It's comfortable, lightweight, packable, durable, and cute. It can be cinched down to fit my head and when I recently washed it (cold/gentle cycle) it came out as good as new. I bought a second one on Amazon to keep in the car for walks.

This is my second Sunday Afternoon visor. It keeps the sun out of my eyes and feels nice and cool on a hot summer day. Great for gardening, exercising in the pool or taking a walk. The folding brim is especially handy because it fits in my purse or pocket. Washes up easily with dishwashing liquid and water.

I love the simple design and the fact that I can fold these into my backpack!!! The brim size is a bit too much though.

I have multiples of this visor, perfect for swimming and great for travel, reasonably priced so there is no downside. All of Sunday Afternoons things that I have purchased have been great quality and effective sun blockers.

worth buying

I bought this one size (OS) visor, but the tag states it is a M/L on visor. I was a little confused and checked the Amazon website to verify it is described as a OS. I am petite and this visor does fit slightly big ... it is adjustable with a Velcro strap. Ideally I would like it to have more velcro along the side to close the 'tail'. Despite the initial confusion and the fit, it is cute and perfect for pickleball. It has mesh padding on the forehead to absorb sweat. However, I still need to use a thin headband underneath the visor for sports. I love the fact it folds up and fits in my bag! I do recommend it.

Excellent sun visor with added features. Plenty of adjustment in the Velcro strap if needed. Lightweight and potentially an essential part of packing for holidays ( when these return).

Muy útil y cómoda, se pliega para traerla en la bolsa y así la llevo a todos lados, cuido mucho mi rostro del sol por lo que siempre la llevo conmigo si se ocupa y su visera amplia tapa bastante. muy recomendable.

It's a nice cap. very lightweight. love the sunglasses loop so you can stick them in the cap.only thing is i had to wait a very long time for delivery so keep that in mind when ordering.
