The media could not be loaded.  My original step motor stopped working 24 hrs before we were due to leave on vacation. This seller shipped the item to me overnight and I had it before I woke up in the morning. Installation was a breeze. Three bolts and unplug an electrical cable. This replacement unit fit exactly in the place of the original. It was also noticeably quieter than the original! I had a question for the seller a little later, and they responded very quickly. This is not only a great value product, but you’re dealing with a seller that responds quickly and personally. Would recommend without hesitation.

Installed and it seemed to be laboring. Another review mentioned the 3 mounting screws were slightly long and rubbing on the main gear. I added a lock washer under each screw head and it came to life, faster and quieter than the original motor. Note that if your old motor does not have a 2 wire plug (mine was wired inside the motor) you will need to buy a pre wired plug ($14), found the right one on Amazon. Just a motor - no wiring - probably 30 minute job.

Camping World told me their cost on the motor was $192.00 so I figured my cost would probably be no less than $269.00 This motor is the exact replacement for my retractable steps on my 2019 Tiffin R.V. It took longer to crawl under the R.V. than what it did to install the 3 bolts holding the motor and the wiring snap. It works great, and at a fraction of the cost from the R.V. dealer. Easy to install! I highly recommend this motor!

This motor worked well once I figured out that the supplied screws were too long and binding the gear. Save the screws out of the removed motor assembly and use them. Lubed everything and my steps work perfectly.

It is an easy motor to install, 3 bolts and it is out. You can use the same 3 bolts ot use the new ones provided. It is a simple power plug connector.Good price. So far it is working great.

The media could not be loaded.  UPDATING MY REVIEW: Two months after installing the internal gear disc went bad. See the attached video of the gears inside the motor failing as the motor amps out and the worn teeth on the gear disc inside. The seller sent me a refund because it was under warranty.PREVIOUS REVIEW: These "Made in China" motors all really have serious quality issues. This is 3rd one I've ordered recently, this one from a new supplier. I received this particular motor missing the rubber gasket in the receiving end where the wiring harness goes. The missing rubber gasket is what helps to make a waterproof connection when you insert the harness. I removed the gasket from my other "bad" motor I was replacing this new one with and used it in its place. I am hoping this one at least lasts longer than the 3 months the old one lasted. Given this quality issue I'm seeing upon opening this up out of the box however I'm not super hopeful.

Easy to install. I don't have to fight the steps anymore.

My old step motor failed. This replacement does the job just fine. Needed a little bit of modification as the bolt holes didn’t exactly match up, but it wasn’t a big deal to modify it by drilling out a new hole.

This item was easy to fit using the help of YouTube. Seems to be as good as the OEM item, would definitely buy again

Motor for the stairs was the exact replacement for what I needed and works good.

Excellent replacement product at a great price the only drawback is that the bolts that came with it were to long and had to use the originals.

It installed exactly like the one that it replaced. Very easy. My RV dealer wanted to order one from a catalogue for $600+. Glad I checked amazon first.
