It is noisy, but makes our lives so much easier and it is super quick. So glad we bought this. It is very easy to set up.

Machine was easy to setup and works well except feeder catching glossy paper. Calling manufacturer or seller to see if this is normal.

Nice machine, very fast, custom folded and c-folded 30,000 letters + brochures. Easy to adjust for paper sizes. Only 4-5 jams very easy to clear. Need to be quick to grab folded pieces before they pile up! Very glad we bought this machine instead of sending out.

This was a perfectly satisfactory machine for a few months, right up until the service agreement ended. Now it won't work. We get a paper error message although there is no paper anywhere in the machine. Very frustrating.

Excellent folding machine for our office. This replaced an older model that we had that stopped working. This model is great - although to get the folds to perfectly line up, you do need to do some tweaking with the settings on the plates. We typically do our letters in a Z fold and it took probably 15 tries with scrap paper before we got it to line up perfectly. A little tip - take a sharpie and mark exactly where your arrows should go so your fold is perfect every time.

My church has been using the folding machine for several weeks now. For the most part we are very satisfied with how it works. However if the paper isn't loaded perfectly it won't feed and shows an error. It is an easy fix to just readjust the paper. We triple fold our announcer and it does it very fast.

Only thing I didn't like was where the on/off switch is located, because it is under a tray and in the back, so if you have it against the wall it's hard to get to.

This is the 2nd Formax FD 300 we have had - the first Amazon replaced because it died and wouldn't even turn on anymore. The 2nd one we've had since March 2021, it is now July 2023 and it will fold 5 sheets then throw a Paper Error that you cannot clear. You have to turn off the machine and reset the paper feed, and hit the green fold button at the correct time to even get it to do those 5 pages. There are no paper jams, and no bits of paper left in the machine, so I'm not sure if it is the humidity and heat right now. I will wait until the fall to decide if we need to purchase something different. Formax does not offer service on these either.As said in the title - it's a good machine when it works.

This folding machine fully exceeded my expectations. Was easy to set up, and worked like a charm. It worked with a heavy 28lb paper with no issues whatsoever. A very happy customer!
