Really cute! - Takes forever to dry after washing, so plan ahead
Very cute and soft! Easy to put on and take off and seems comfortable. It's forgiving, size-wise. My toddler is tall and slim, and is growing out of 18M clothes. As expected, the length was good (a bit longer even than I thought, so if your 18 month-old is really short, maybe go smaller?) and it was a bit too wide. Because of the look of the costume, the extra floof doesn't matter. It had a brand-new chemical smell, so I washed it following the instructions (hand wash, hang dry). The black on the ears does run, so rinse well and be careful where/how you let it drip - I used a pants hanger to clip the collar area so the black part of the ears was hanging downwards and not dripping on the white part. It takes a LONG time to dry. I let it drip overnight, wringing it out a few times when I got the chance. It was still damp the next morning. The legs/hat were dry after another full day of hanging, but the body took longer. I actually ran it on the no-heat cycle in the dryer a few times and turned it inside out for a while. Pretty much plan on 2 days for it to fully dry because of the plush fabric. The result is worth it - it smells nice now.

smaller than expected, and bell around neck is a challenge with an infant
I am not disappointed in the size, but I was expecting it to be baggy on my 6-month old. Instead, it was a perfect fit! I did not buy it to be a lamb costume - I bought it for the costume body to make into a different costume, but we tried on the entire lamb costume just for fun. The feet were a good fit, but the hat appeared to be uncomfortable. Normally, a hat for an infant might have a chin strap, but having something "dangling" in front of the neck area isn't really workable, since babies don't have much in the way of necks yet. I can't imagine actually putting her in that hat with the bell strap for longer than the few seconds it took to try it on and snap a picture. I did not look to see if you could trim off the bell to make it more comfortable, because we are not planning on using the hat.

Very Cute, Runs Small
Purchased a size that I thought would be a little big on my 6-month-old... the main part of the costume was STILL way too small. The furry outside is loose/puffy, but the inside is almost a silk-like fabric that is pulled tight. For my little one, it pulled down on her shoulders. The hat, however, is wonderful as are the costume's feet. The hat is slightly weighted in the front, which helps it stay put - we didn't use the velcro strap - just not enough space under our baby's chin. I was concerned at first about the weight of the hat... but she seemed really happy in it and never fussed with it. The legs/feet are also secured with velcro, so you have some wiggle room in sizing. Same as the hat, she didn't mind them - but enjoyed playing with the hooves lol. All in all, we just put her in a black onesie and leggings, went with the hat and the legs of the costume - STILL adorable, lots of compliments. AND a very happy, comfy baby.

Absolutely Adorable
Absolutely adorable and looks just as expected. We received lots of compliments and many asked if the costume was home-made. Sizing was as expected. It's a great costume for those in cooler climates because you can wear warm thermals underneath and even stuff the body of the costume, need be. The ankle straps were a bit tight on my daughter, but it worked. Need be, I could have pinned them, but we didn't need to. It might be easier to size up and then sew in any areas to big.

Weird sizing, too small for my toddler.
My daughter is 22 months old and is tall for her age. She's about 29 lbs and between 31-35" tall, I'm not exactly sure. She fits perfectly in size 2T clothes right now. We originally ordered the 18m-2T size. It arrived with no packaging, just the body and feet of the costume thrown in the box. The head piece was not included. I had her try it on anyway for sizing and it barely fit, super tight at the shoulders. So I returned it and ordered the next size up which is xs 4. According to the chart provided by the seller it should fit children up to 40" tall.I received the new one today. It does contain the packaging and all of the parts, but it's only barely bigger than the last one. It fits, but is pretty snug in the shoulders. The head piece is too big, and the leg pieces are too small to go around her ankles. So, if you have a smaller sized kid this might work fine, but I find it bizarre that the size 5 doesn't fit my less than 2 year old.
