10 Gourmet Tahitian Vanilla Beans Prime Grade A 5~6" by Vanilla Products USA for baking or extract

I love the freshness and flavor of these vanilla beans. I took one star of excellence off because I have purchased much larger sizes for about the same quality and value.

These were the lightest, thinnest beans I purchased of the 5 brands. They also weighed the least. I wouldn't purchase them again.

I love baking with real vanilla bean, making my own paste, or extract. My friends and family have noticed a difference. Everything I have baked since I received these tastes fresher and this has brought awareness when a producy has the fake vanilla which is also considered all natural ... keep in mind fake vanilla natrually comes from secretions from the rear ends of dam building beavers. Yum right?

Delicious beans!I usually purchase Madagascar, but these have great aroma and taste too.I didn't realize that the pressure sealed for freshness would flatten the bean making the scooping out the seeds harder for my cheesecake. I had to make sure that I did not incorporate any fiber into the cake.I started 4 cups of vanilla extract with the 8 beans that I didn't use for baking. (I sliced open the bean and then cut them in half, so that the entire bean was covered by the vodka. I stored the glass bottle in a dark, cool place and it will be ready in time for my fall baking marathon.

Outstanding freshness and aroma, flavor is fantastic. Reviews on beans are sometimes contradictory, I think some folks do not understand there are grades A and B. Big difference in the seed count and moisture level between A and B. Also, some people use the word mold to describe the white dusting on some beans where it's actually a natural effect from the sugars drying, similar to a medjool date. I've bought lots from this seller and all the beans have always been outstanding, just have to be an educated consumer.

Ohhh, so delicious. I blend one pod in 1 batch of almond milk. Also great for dessert sauces and ice cream.

Wow! These are beautiful and so fragrant. I was worried because they were less expensive. I will be buying again.
