The eyeliners are an excellent product. The price is fair and the eyeliner glides on . I especially like that the outside is white, which is a change, but the white makes it easy to identify since most other eye pencil brands are dark. Now I can tell immediately which pencil is the eyeliner.

I really liked the previous Jane eyeliner but this newer version is even better. It glides on smooth and clean with no smudging. Couldn’t be happier.

I am old school and don’t like liquid eye liners. I love this pencil eyeliner. I have used it many times and have not sharpened it yet.

I have the Basic Brown and Taupe eyeliners. The pencils last forever, but I find they drag a little bit when you put them on. However, if they were any creamier, the color would run. It stays in place all day. I think the Taupe should be renamed "I'm naturally beautiful" because it enhances and beautifies your eyes and overall look without anyone knowing why. I love it. Pair it with Jane Iredale's eyebrow kit and the cheek stain in the glass bottle from Benefit cosmetics for a natural, pretty look. (I'm 60 btw, fair skin, blue eyes and plenty of laughter lines 😃 and this look freshens me right up!)

I like this liner but does fade over the day. Sometimes it smudges if I put too much on the bottom lid. But I’ve managed to make it work for me.

I had such high hopes for this pencil but was sorely disappointed once I had to sharpen it. Each time most of the liner went into the sharpener shavings receptacle. A little bit of liner would be left with sharp wood surrounding it, and I'd have to be careful not to scratch my eyes when I used it. So I decided I'd use a razor blade to sharpen it. I carefully shaved down to a good portion of the liner, and the liner fell off with no help from me. I'm just so disgusted because this eyeliner is expensive, and I've wasted my money. I'll never buy another pencil eyeliner that you have to sharpen.

I decided to get this eyeliner in taupe and the color is absolutely beautiful; I have light blue eyes so most eyeliners look a little too stark against my eyes/skin, so this was perfect! Or so I thought. I could tell right away that this is one of those eyeliners that you have to go back several times to build up the color, but unfortunately for me, it will he color never got more concentrated after the second pass. Also, I have an issue with my eyeliners fading away super early and this one does the same thing. By noon it is barely even then anymore. I am not sure if that is a “me” problem or an issue with the product. Overall, the color is super flattering and I really wanted this to become my staple eyeliner. Sadly this can’t be the case unless they reformulate the product. I hope they do.

I have sensitive eyes, this is the only eyeliner that don’t make my eyes itch and I can put them in my waterline. The pencil is soft going on.Drawback is it smudges more easily but I’ll take that in for the comfort and lack of chemicals.

Jane Iredale eye liners just work, they do their job very well. Easy to sharpen, smooth to draw on without being too sharp, the colour release is great, and it stays all day until it's time to remove, where it comes off without a fuss. Excellent product.
