I've bought this product twice but still couldn't get the size right! I fell in love with Clarks shoes as my previous pair was very comfortable. When I saw this on Amazon, which is under the same Clarks Collection range, I bought it based on my previous shoe size. It was sent all the way from the USA to Australia. But I was very disappointed when the product arrived as it was too big. I didn't return the product, I kept it and gave it away to my daughter. I then when ahead to buy another pair but this time around I bought 1 size smaller. But when I received the second pair, I was super disappointed as it was still too big! I decided to return the product to Amazon USA despite it cost me $24.00 just to return the product! I am a very unhappy consumer now. Very unhappy with Clarks and also unhappy with Amazon!
