I am so psyched to see this product, Viet Beef Pho Powder from Samabilia, is back!! You can buy it here on Amazon, or directly from the manufacturer. It went on a little hiatus during the pandemic, but it's back baby! I had one pouch that I have been guarding jealously and using sparingly to help it last. I have been making Ramen and Pho for our grandson and myself for a warm comforting treat, but now I can buy more and make it any time I want. Hooray! The flavor is just amazing and the fact that it is vegan is amazing to me. Our pescatarian grandson is overjoyed that I found this brand of seasoning powders. All the flavors are great, but this is our favorite.

I must say i had high expectations for the price point and the ingredients they use, and it was pretty good. It’ll vary with each persons taste preference but i found the recommended portion per cup to be too strong still. A little does go a long way. The flavor is a bit more on the herbal side, but that’s probably because it’s vegan.

For some reason I got it in my head that this was lower sodium than regular ramen seasoning. It’s notI use this with homemade noodle bowls. I boil carrots and spinach in water and add some dry ramen noodles and beef or chicken and then mix a few teaspoons of this powder. It’s really tasty I gotta say. I don’t know why more people don’t sell premade Asian soup powders like this.. I need them in my life.Very tasty. Not sure if worth the price though. I think I get about 10-20 bowls of soup out of the back. But since I’m not vegan, there may be better options for me

Same as the review on the chicken one. Very few ingredients yet it adds so much flavor profile. Good for making your own ramen broth or pho.

I love adding this into a dish! Yes, this works as a broth but, I honestly feel like it shines when you make it part of a stirfry sauce. You can taste all of the traditional pho spices and the Thai basil flavor really comes across at the end. For a short cut, I think it's a good one! A little goes a pretty long way as well so, the bit of a higher price isn't so bad. I would definitely recommend this product.

The best instant pho I've tasted so far! I've tried it all and this one is by far the best one!! VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE but still taste just like BEEF PHO!

Flavor is good, but it's too salty by far. I ended up either increasing the amount of water or decreasing the amount of the product I used to try to cut the overpowering salty taste.
