No customer service/support.
Customer support is a part of a product's quality and reliability, at least it is for me. I've watched this item on Amazon for several months, and during that time I attempted to contact the seller perhaps a half dozen times to ask about its similarity to and compatibility with Chicago Pneumatic's CP-9361. I tried Amazon's "Customer Questions & Answers" several times. No response. I contacted Amazon about it, and they provided me an email address and OS phone numbers for the seller/manufacturer. I emailed SUNTECH. No response. I would've rated SUNTECH under "seller", but there's no provision for it. I assume that if one purchases this product there is no customer support and basically no warranty, thus the reason for the 1-star rating even though I haven't purchased the item. If this item is compatible with the CP-9361, then it's likely a decent deal under $200 and a bargain under $100, even if you have to maintain it yourself, otherwise, it's pretty much a throwaway if anything goes wrong with it.
