I replaced my original carburetor on my Champion 3500/4000 watt generator, model C46540, which was becoming hard to start and run reliably after 13 years of service. This replacement carburetor fit perfectly and runs great!

Good quality, easy to install, perfect fit

The carburetor was good, the hose was good, the air filter was too large and did not fit my 46596. The spark plug was correct, it also came with fuel filters that are nor part of the 46596 and a shut-off valve. The shut-off valve did not fit the 46596 but was not expected anyway. The gaskets were fine. The hose clamps were not so good, I used them but will try and find better ones.I installed this in 5 minutes and it ran perfect. I had cleaned the original but could not find gaskets so I purchased the entire kit. Good to have an extra anyway. From now on I will just make gaskets using a punch set and gasket paper which I just ordered from Amazon. The original Carburetor was fine. That said it takes 5 minutes to remove the carburetor and 5 minutes to replace it for very few dollars. Cleaning the old one took 20 minutes and making gaskets will take time. I just hate filling up land fills with perfectly good parts.

Best bang for the buck. Easier to buy this than spend time doing the rebuild. Got my generator working in time for that nasty east coast storm.

Excellent value and this company goes above and beyond as I only needed the carburetor and it came with both gas and air filters also included new gaskets and even a new spark plug. Highly recommend as this is a great value and much quicker than tearing apart the old carburetor and cleaning dirty jets and bowl. Great product
