Q: Are these waterproof ?

No they are not. Great shows though other than that.

Q: Can these be used as everyday shoes or are they really just golf shoes?

My child only wears them for golf. They don’t have “spikes” but they have extra grippers.

Q: Ate these shoes appropriate for every day wear? Or just golf?

They are definitely a golfing style shoe. Although as comfortable as tennis shoes, and appear to be like tennis shoes. They have little rubber like spikes all over the bottom. They are perfect for turf too! The spikes are small but there are probably 100 on the bottom. I wore them all around the course and in the clubhouse and restaurant at the golf club. I love mine.
