I bought this for my ex-wife, god rest her soul (sometime soon please)

Perfect fit. Somehow seal was lost from the original, problem solved.

Good solid quality oil cap and fits great. I use this on my 2018 Subaru Forrester as the other cap had a broken gasket.

Arrived quickly and was a perfect replacement for the broken factory cap

Needed a replacement that wasn’t $40 from the manufacturer, works great. Autozone employee lost mine in my engine bay.

The exact same cap as the car came with.Seals the oil in, like the original factory cap it threads down tight.That however is a problem as this oil cap is very hard to unthread/ remove.The top ridge (grip point) is hollow so these caps can tear or otherwise break at or along the hollow top ridge.Poor design by the factory NOT a faulty cap it's just not going to live pass 4 or 5 removalsThere may be a special tool for removal but I've yet to see it.As a workaround I bought a extra cap and will fill the hollow ridge with epoxy and see if that helps.I expect to end up buying a dozen more replacement caps in this cars lifetime as I change oil every 5,000 miles.
