Interesting book

Caveat Emptor - this is an interesting read if you are invested in how different regions in Georgia stuff their breads. When it arrived in its package, I couldn't remember what I had ordered. THIS COOKBOOK IS THE SIZE OF A GREETING CARD and is the wordcount of a graduate school term paper. Because of its size and format, the only way to follow the recipe is to constantly refer back several pages and then find your place again several pages forward. I'll save it in my extensive cookbook library as a curiosity, but I'd been hoping for a workable cookbook.

Too many pages for the information actually provided. Over priced for what it delivers. The larger and more expensive book Supra was much more informative, much better value and written by a native Georgian.
