I've owned a couple of smaller Stabila levels and always rated them. My 2m level gets little use these days and I wanted something medium size for a kitchen refurb. Brilliant. Up there with the best.

This was bought to replace a similar tool which had received a hard life and was hard to read and doubtful of its accuracy. Food piece of kit for reasonable price. Certainly good enough for DIY use.

Nothing fancy but does the job, and does it well. My last spirit level was off as the actual vial had moved due to the way it had been put together but I can't see this happening with this one. Looks very well made.

Does what it needs to do

Best levels on the market. Stabila produce products which work. Each level is check by eye and computer within millimetres. The lines are inserted by hand (within the bubble) and casing is selected high grade.But enough about how they are made. The visual bubble is easy to see and line up. Bright and clear even in low light.I’ve had my kids pick this up and throw it about - yes that happens regardless what you say. But it’s not stopped it working and more importantly remain accurate.I will certainly buy more again in the future. This length was a good all round use. A great range of products that I would highly recommended

The Stabila level is as accurate as the name would imply.

Ich mag Stabila und hab mir in der Aktion endlich eine größere Version gekauft. Im Baumarkt vor Ort war der Preis doppelt so hoch. Hier ein echtes Schnäppchen, funktioniert einwandfrei.Perfekt!
