This is a perfect outdoor blanket! I've used it for the past two weekends now for baseball games on cold, windy days. It's nice and lightweight to carry but keeps you warm. I can't speak on the water resistance since it wasn't raining but I laid that side on the grass for my son and his teammates to relax on and it was big enough to fit about 4 13 yr. olds perfectly. Afterwards, easy to shake off the dirt and grass and roll back up, securing with the elastic ties. I don't use the bag it came with, I just carry it rolled with straps around. The only reason I took off a star was because I wanted to wash it and noticed the tag says no machine wash, no dry clean. So spot cleaning it is... other than that, it's perfect and I can see myself using it pretty frequently.

The big decision on making the purchase was the combination of price color and waterproof!Well the product description reads waterproof on the ordering siteHowever on the delivered product it reads water resistantIrritation!

Lightweight. Totally waterproof. Covered both my husband and I during rainy track meets and we stayed dry. Get this blanket if you have any spring sports to weather...its a MUST!

So these little blankets are excellent as an emergency blanket. I store them in my truck when needed. As a contractor I use them for my naps in my truck or on a cold day. They are light, water resistant and for a decent price.

This is seriously the best purchase ever! Super warm and waterproof. Keeps me super warm on the softball fields!!!
