The media could not be loaded. I am a senior citizen. A diabetic and a heart patient. I walk at least 10000 steps daily. I was advised to buy an exercise cycle to strengthen my calf and thigh muscles. I am using this machine since last 25 days. It's value for money. There were some hiccups in the supply by Amazon which has nothing to do with the supplier. I have clocked more than 400 kms and the cycle is working perfectly. The day it was delivered their technician came within two hours to assemble the cycle. In fact the company executive was following up with me and I didn't have to ring them up to send the technician. Very efficient service. It has led display instead of lcd. Led is brighter but will drain the batteries faster. Just go for it.

Got this bike for a good price during the sale. The main reason for buying this magnetic bike were excellent reviews and silent operation. I have been using for nearly 2 months now and unfortunately have already faced a couple of issues.At first, the pedal was creating a thudding noise which went away by itself within 2 days. Then after a month, the bike started making a loud (fan like) continous noise while pedaling. Raised a customer ticket and the technician visit was arranged promptly(took about a week as spare parts are first couriered to us by company).The customer support is over WhatsApp which is okay. The issue was the faulty crank bearing. The bike operation is silent again after service.The resistance control works well and I find the maximum resistance level of 8 sufficient enough for home use. The bike wobbles sligthly during usage, but is not a major concern.

Cycle is very uncomfortable to ride.No straps attached on peddals.Without the straps you cant peddal smoothly.Its not sturdy as well.Built quality is also very poor.

Quality of the product is quite good, easy to use and comfortable for all age groups, but the use of speed, distance or pulse counter should be more friendly.
