I usually paint my nails on Friday evenings with regular nail polish & typically by Sunday they’re chipped. I wanted to try a gel nail kit & this one was reasonably priced with an assortment of colors that ranged from lights to darks & some glitters. The picture of my nails is from today(Wednesday) & I painted them Friday & they still look amazing! I’m very happy with my results.I do want to let you know that when you cure in between your polishes & the paint layers, it doesn’t dry. I was so confused at the time thinking I was gonna need a return/refund. However, when I put the top coat on & cured it under the light, there was a warm sensation in my fingernails that wasn’t like the others previously. I believe the top coat is what seals it all in & once I cured the top coat, my nails were dry & no longer sticky. I like this a lot because with regular nail polish, at least one nail got smushed or had an impression of some sort from bumping into things. But that didn’t happen with these! I’m so excited! Yay nails that last longer than 2 days & dry really fast!

Ok so I am a first timer here i decided to stop using regular polish because it doesn’t last. I also wanted to do fell because I heard it doesn’t chip as easy.True story this system held up for more than two weeks I even wallpapered my whole bathroom and didn’t get one chip. The colors are vibrant and best of all it’s Odor free.The drying lamp work well but I wish the cord was longer for the pedicure I found it challenging I had to figure out how to dry my toes.To take the gel off you can use the nail file after soaking but honestly that was very rough on my cuticles and it made a huge mess. I purchased a drill and it’s easy to handle and softer on my cuticles.Trust me you won’t be disappointed.Think I’m gonna give a set or two as Christmas gifts.

Colors are amazing but dry time is 2x the time listed.

1. The bottles are extremely small.2. The colors on the bottle doesn't match the real colors.3. To dry the nails you have to be under the light for 5 minutes or more.After choosing carefully the color and spending a LONG time drying it the product isn't that horrible.

There is definitely a learning curve. This nail polish is less forgiving than regular/nongel Nail polish. But the colors are beautiful. The polish coats well. Even the light colors only require 2 coats ( I have light opi colors than need 3+!)Great value!! It looks beautiful on. And I can change my polish whenever I want. I don't have to wait for a salon appointment!

So I can't keep nail polish on to save my life but if you follow the directions that come with this you most certainly can have long lasting nails. It's easy to use and the colors are absolutely beautiful! I will continue to purchase this product, they have more colors on their page on Amazon! The only thing I don't like is that the labels on top of the bottles don't really match the beautiful colors inside so I took some old nail forms I had lying around and I swatched the colors

I havent even recieved my package and im going over these reviews and some of you guys must not have been doing gel polish for long. Many gel polishes will have a sticky residue. You can continue to do ur coats and then top coat (some topcoats say no wipe which means the top coat wont be sticky) OR just wipe the sticky residue wipe with some alcohol. ALSO only cure for the recommended time on instructions because overcuring can cause the gel polish to not last longer. Dont give the product a bad review because you dont know about some gel polish. Definitely do some research first on how to apply it because there are differences from regular polish.

I was very impressed with this kit! I purchased this kit to save myself some pennies and learning to do it myself instead!The kit is very easy to use, it has a great selection of colours and glitters, I love the choice between the mattifying top coat or the glossy one!As a complete novice, I managed to prep and gel my nails in 45 minutes! So far they have lasted 5 days and are still holding on strong with no chips or fading and I live a pretty hectic, on the go lifestyle.I am super impressed and I found this kit to be exceptional, especially when it comes to value for money.I will look to eventually add more colours to my starter collection but for now, this is just the most perfect set!

Just a comment for others, nowhere in the instructions did it say that the base coat and colours don’t cure fully, it’s not until you put the top coat on that the nails cure fully. Once we figured that out we were happy!

Just received this today and it’s a brilliant kit, the bottles of colour are quite small but will do for practice and getting used to how to use gel polish. Hoping it will last well and won’t chip, I’ll update this if it does or when I remove the polish in a couple of weeks. For anyone who would like some tips, cure each layer for 60 seconds then once finished cure the top coat for 120 seconds.

Varied colours and good kits that comes with it however did all the correct steps and finished them two seconds later the nail was off and it was all sticky underneath.

I bought this kit for my youngest as my eldest daughter moved out so we couldn't borrow her stuff any more.Awful.Product is thick and gloopy which makes trying to get a thin layer virtually impossible. As a result it bubbles when set. Obviously not possible to get a nice clean edge either.Colours are not true to the pictures.Nearly all are glittery.Choosing a colour is like playing the lottery as the stickers ontop do not correlate to the actual nail varnish inside.Better off buying a smaller amount of colours with full size bottles.
