No joke. I used to swear by Arbil sinus and cold. I have migraines when I get sick and the whole nauseous, achy, feverish nonsense along with a migraine can drive a woman to randomly biting anyone who decides to visit. Theraflu took 10 minutes and I was as right as rain. So now I stock up on it. Love this stuff.

When I had flu/cold and the covid ; this didn't do jack it made it worst. Did help at all made me even sicker; Day Quil and Ny Quil also Ibuprofen worked BETTER!

I got all the flu symptoms, was prescribed medicine for cough and something else, they didn't work. Got this medicine and helped me a lot, no more cough, I could slepp. For me, I had one in the morning and one before going to bed. What a relief! This is my experience on my body.

I’ve been using Theraflu for years and generally like the flavor of the lemon. I did not realize this one had two flavors. The mixed berry is disgusting. I was gagging the whole time trying to get it down. Just beware if you have a sensitive stomach to weird flavors.
