Due to several health issues, these water dumbbells make exercising so much better and easier!

Durable, affordable water weights
I teach water aerobics and purchased these for my shallow water class where we incorporate 15 minutes of weight training for toning following 45 minutes of aerobic exercise. The barbells are durable and easy to grasp allowing for enough space for people with larger hands. They were to heavy for women with shoulder issues (best not to use them at all or use gloves instead) or deconditioned folks who need a lighter, smaller weight to start.

I’ve used this product on a consistent basis at the pool and it seems to be of good quality. The foam is not as dense as more expensive rivals, but I’ve found it to be quite useful in rehabbing my shoulders

As a senior I found these to be great for upper body exercises while in the swimming pool. They seem to be very durable.
