I'd call it a medium-dark tan with a red cast. Maybe halfway between a typical beige-ish/yellow-ish tan and cordovan, but definitely not as red as typical "cordovan" shoes.

It is my third pair of Rockport and I never had a better type of this kind of shoes. They always fit, they are comfortable. I used previous pairs for years. So I guess it will be the same with these ones as well. I was always very happy with Rockport shoes.
