I was recently ill and this mug was a lifesaver for me. It went everywhere filled with ice water for sipping it. Just seem to keep water cold for a full day or a night with ice still in it. Not so big I couldn’t handle it which was just what I wanted. Absolutely won’t be without it again, ordering one for a friend.

Love this cup!! Weary on purchasing since reviews say their handle broke off or their lid broke. Been using this every day for months now and love it. I don’t like all the cups that are slim on the bottom and larger on top, this looks so much better. I don’t feel like I’m carrying around something huge. Fits in all the cup holders I have: cars and strollers. The mouth piece on the lid matches up on my cup but I use a straw all the time so if that happened to me, I figured that wouldn’t be a problem anyway. I was searching mainly for cups in the sandy color so I decided on this one and it has not let me down. Looks great, handle doesn’t bother me; will continue using it every day and would buy another if it did break eventually

I ordered the 20 oz. water cup, but I should have ordered the 30 oz. Otherwise, it is a nice, insulated cup.

This is a wonderful mug for keeping coffee or tea hot for hours. It also keeps drinks cold. Love the weight and size easy to carry and saves you money

This cup is keeping my coffee hot for hours! I'm amazed and pleased. I don't like drinking out of it very much because it is like a tin cup and the feel to the lips isn't as nice as a ceramic cup. But I wanted something that would keep my coffee hot and this does the job!

I received my package in a timely manner, however the item is damaged. The bottom of my cup has a significant dent in the edge as though it has been dropped. Overall, I like the quality of the cup though I have yet to use it.

I love this travel mug for more than 1 reason. I've never had it leak and you don't have to try to put the lid on many times to achieve no leaking. It seals so tightly that with hot beverages it actually pulls a vacuum. To unscrew the lid I have to open the drink opening to break the seal. Unheard of! Beverages stay hot or cold for a long period of time. The handle fits well and is in the upper portion of the cup so it sits squarely in your cup holder. The texture on the outside doesn't allow it to slip through your grip easily. And the price is so reasonable.

Below was my previous review… very happy to now report that I was FINALLY able to to get replacement lids for the cups I have. I use my cup specifically for coffee. I noticed some reviews complained of the leakage. I had a similar issue until I discovered that the black rubber washer inside of the lid must be completely flat. The cup leaks only when it gets twisted/ isn’t lying flat properly. The only other thing with the cup is the inside is now completely stained from the coffee. The bottom looks like the color has been stripped. But overall I feel whole again with a lid that works.I love the cup! But where can I get replacement lids?????????!!!! I have searched EVERYWHERE, and I can't find any that assures the right fit for the mugs. I now have 4 of them and only one lid! For Pete's sake please sell the replacement lids. The cups are useless without lids!!! Please reply to this!Signed,Hands up in the air!

I love the chestnut colour (which looks more almond/coffee colour to me) and its easy to carry and keeps my coffee warm. I will probably wash it by hand (instead of putting in the dishwasher) just to keep it in mint condition.

It’s an ok tumbler but just be aware of the following:- the color is a bit off. I was expecting a bit darker beige color like the photo, but if you see it in person, it looks off. I actually was a bit disappointed bcuz of the color.- I usually use this tumbler for my coffee. It doesn’t keep my coffee for long hours tho. It gets warmer easily.- the biggest disappointment is the handle. I can’t hold the handle well because it hurts my skin due to the clear-cut design. When it’s filled w coffee, it’s heavier and then it hurts my skin. I initially bought this as a travel tumbler but currently am using it only at home because of the handler, which is not user-friendly.
