Q: How can i change batteries in samsung bn59-01312a tv remote for 4k models.

Flip the remote over, then turn it upside down. Put your thumb on the arrow, press down and push, and the entire back will slide forward a bit and come right off. You do have to push kind of hard to get it to release.

Q: how do you pair this with the tv?

Under the back cover it says to press the back and play/pause buttons for 3 secs.

Yes, new and authentic, and it works.

Q: can 2 remotes work in the same room at the same time ??

Not sure if I fully understand your question. Yes, two remotes of a different type such as Samsung and DirectTV or Roku or Firestick. I don’t know if two Samsung remotes work on the same TV as I only have one Samsung remote.
