I love taking this supplement in the gym

Tastes great. Literally tastes like sweet lemonade. Keeps me super hydrated.

I've tried many products form Alpha Lion and always enjoyed the flavors they come up with. The "Lemonardo da vinci" flavor is quite refreshing I really enjoy drinking it after a strong cardio session.

Either use more water or use less powder, because the flavor is really strong. Besides that, amazing product

Would love a bigger selection of flavors but besides that...this product has been a game changer as far as my hydration!! I'm so glad my local supplement store owner suggested it.

County Time.Look, I know that's like comparing apples to oranges, but this stuff is just delicious.Okay, move over Propel, Gatorade and PowerAde.I am constantly using electrolytes; it's really easy for me to get out of balance electrolyte wise and start to feel wonky, so this is just something I always have around.As I already implied, this has a great lemonade like flavor.When I made it according to directions, it was a little bit sweet even for me, and I love stuff sweet.So, the directions tell us to add one scoop of this to 14 to 16 oz of water.I did that, and as I said, it was just a bit sweet for me. So I upped it to 20 oz and liked it that way.It was still sweet.Here's what I did:I poured 16 oz of water into a resealable bottle, then I poured one scoop of this over that water, sealed the bottle and shook it. This mixed well and stayed mixed with just slight settling.As I said, it was a bit sweet at 16 oz so I topped up the bottle the rest of the way to its full 20 oz capacity.Carbs: There's nothing on the container label or product page to tell the carb count, always an issue for me, but it is sugar free and sweetened with sucralose, so it's probably low to none.Would be good to have that info somewhere.I'm glad I ordered this product.I will enjoy it for its flavor and the benefit of keeping me steady and well hydrated.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
