Q: I am 5’7 152#. Should I get small one medium

I would recommend the medium. My son who is about 5'7 or 5'8 and roughly 135 got the medium and my other son who is 6' and 155 got the large and both are happy with the fit. Hope this helps.

Q: Are they see through? Can these be wore to yoga with no underwear?

My husband's underwear are visible through the fabric with the pair I was shipped. I thought he was joking when he mentioned the possibility, but I soon saw the reality when he began his warm up.

Q: can this be used for swimming?

No, this is great base layer for soccer, running, skiing, etc., but wouldn't be appropriate for swimming.

Q: Gentlemen - what is a good test to determine if the pair of leggings you have are too small?

It should not feel like a compression garment. It should hug the body parts like a second skin and keep its form thru all movements. If it creeps and doesn't spring back to original form, it is too big; esp in the crotch.
