The cooling side of the pillow is really nice. I like a flatter pillow so I just removed some of the stuffing to make it more custom to my liking. Easy to do since it has a hidden zipper.

I wish the cool side would turn even cooler.

I like the way the pillow is made. I have to sleep on a fairly flat pillow and I was able to take out the amount of fill that I wanted to make it fit for me. It feels great for my neck and I love the side that is cooler.

the pillow is good, for me it is a bit high, where I put my head it does not stay cold like the rest of the pillow underneath, but I will keep trying to get comfortable with it.

This is supposed to be a cooling pillow and there was nothing cool about this pillow. Temperature or the feeling. This was a junk pillow. Not worth the money.

The pillow is so, so soft and I thought it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. I like it more firm and thought this pillow would be right for me. I can’t remember reading somewhere that the pillow is made out of little pieces of foam and I think this makes it too soft. Its possible to take some of the pieces out if it’s too thick but this wouldn’t have solved my problem. The customer service however was helpful and return was no problem at all. Thank you!

I ordered this pillow because I usually sleep while they're warm and wanted something that would stay a little bit cooler without having to flip it over multiple times during the night. This pillow absolutely fits that criteria. I also have neck and back issues so I needed something that would be supportive and firm as well. So far it's been great and I really enjoyed using it. It may be the last pillow that I will need to purchase for a while.

Good thickness

I’ve been sleeping with this pillow for few weeks and I must say that I sleep well! I mostly sleep on my back, sometimes on my side and for me, this pillow is great.I like that there’s a woven side and a cooling one. The cooling side IS cooler than the other one!It’s possible to remove or add fillings so if more firm is needed, I can add some, maybe from an older pillow.I believe it’s worth the price tag of $60, as a mid price for a good pillow.

Find the pillow a little soft, but the cooling works quite well. Not flipping my pillow nearly as much through the night.

I have a old pillow with actually real gel on one side and its real cold, this one is just blueBut had no problem at all to return itAmazon was great with this item

Once opened and after following the instructions on how to refluff your pillow you are ready to go. There was no foul odor from unpacking either.
