Works great
The towel warmer and sterilizer works great I use it for my massage room and its a perfect size for the small room and it heats the towels perfectly and the sterilizing is a great plus with the UVlight.

Warms well but the drip plate never fits properly
The warmer is a decent warmer but my god the drip plate is maddening! I literally have to kick one side of it in every day when I start my work day because of a flaw in the plastic and it’s enough to drive someone crazy.

Poor quality
Sticker on the front was extremely hard to get off. After I took the sticker off with a warm sponge it look like the plastic was scratched. I know for sure I didn’t scratch it . It’s been plugged in for an hour now and my towels are lukewarm. I may be returning this item.

Don’t like the sticker on front
My only complaint of this product is that the big sticker on the front was impossible to get fully off. I scrubbed it for at least 30 minutes with warm water and soap. It’s a little bit of an eye sore and seemed completely unnecessary to be on the front. They could’ve made a card to put that info on the inside or put the sticker on top or on the side. Otherwise, it was a great price and works perfect.

Fast heater
I massage my husband pretty much every night. We used to run water until hot so we can have hot towel but it just so waste of water. This is fast for hot towel. We love it so far!

Very disappointed!!
Not happy at all! When I first got it I was worried as it seemed "cheap" I be only used it 2x and now the door will not close ! No reason that should have happened

Barely 4 weeks old and door no longer closes.
As I said above. Yesterday, the door just stopped working and now is permanently open. Totally awful.
