Q: Can you freeze soup broth in these containers?

I froze milk in them so I don’t see why broth wouldn’t work.

Q: Can you reuse these bags?

You bet you can. We buy raw milk at a local dairy in quantity. We store as much as we have space for in our freezer for later use. Just put five gallons in today. (Ten half gallon bags) When the bag is empty, we wash with hot water and a few drops of liquid soap. We turn them upside down to drain the water and they clean up nice. Been doing this for months with NO problems.
