I've been taking these for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any changes but that seems to be normal with Maca Root. According to their listing this product needs to be taken consistently to experience any benefits.I love how these are made with the daily recommended dosage in one capsule. I take it in the morning and don't have to remember to take more throughout the day like some other supplements. They are easy to swallow and don't have a foul smell or taste.I'm pleased that they give you a two month supply and it's a good value for the money. Since I've only started taking them a few weeks now I'm going to give these the full two months to see if I experience any of the great benefits. I wanted to give my initial thoughts and will return to update my review once I've completed the two months.So far I'm happy with these so if you're looking to start taking Maca like I was, I recommend you give these a try.

I like the Macca root supplement, they are fresh (with expire date of 9/2024) but I do not like the price of this, in my opinion, is a little costly, for a 2-month supply. I am 71 years old and not an expert on supplements, but for me, I find they work. I can tell by the way i feel (at my age) and by my quarterly blood work results.

I've been taking maca for years, but it's always been just the straight up powdered herb, not a concentrate like this. It is pretty nice to be able to get a large dose with a minimum of pill swallowing. Although this says it's organic, I don't see any information about it being certified organic, which means no third party is checking to make sure they are legit. Given the lack of certification, I think the price is a little high.

I don't think so, but it makes good sales copy!At any rate, senior gentlemen like myself may want to give this stuff a try...

There is no indication if the product is made in a GMP facility or where it is made.Reasonably priced at about $30 for 60-capsule bottle or about two months at one capsule per day recommended dose.

I'll finish the bottle and keep hoping that suddenly I'll feel an impact. The description cites a study that says cyclists experienced an increase in energy. I'm a daily bicyclist and haven't noticed much difference.
