Easy to assemble at home. Fully satisfied in terms of price, quality, sturdiness, pushback, comfort. If I need to buy 100 more I would prefer this only.

This chair is so comfy, unlike any other chair I have used in my office. The cushion is very good. The back tilt is good, Initially it was tight, but it turns out there is option below seat to adjust it. I think the wheels are also quite good, as I was putting my weight on it, I was afraid that it might break, but no they are strong. Best for the price.However, one complaint. I've tried to reach them on mail and phone, for small issue (which I resolved myself). But they're not responding.

I was looking for an office chair as I have to work for long hours. I ordered this chair based on customer reviews and it did not disappoint me. The chair is lightweight and wheel movement is smooth. I was able to assemble it within minutes. The chair cushion could have been a little softer.

Very good quality of material is used and easy to assemble as well. Very happy with the sitting position also, very comfortable and ample space to sit. We are sincerely happy with a product. Good job for quality of the product. I received the product before actual delivery date.

very difficult to assemble, no proper instructions provided, also the screws given were of different sizes, so the Allen key did not fit well in 2 of them, i requested a replacement, but they wanted me to disassemble the whole thing for pick up, it took me a really long time and energy to assemble the whole thing and only 2 screws were pending to be attached, I had neither time nor energy to disassemble everything, so I had to cancel the replacement, secondly I was given an option to buy new screws on my own and get it reimbursed, I agreed to it, but they said they would only reimburse upto 100 rs, I had ordered this chair for Work from home amidst the second wave, now I wasn't even sure if I was able to find a hardware shop open and let alone be able to find yhe right screw size and that too under 100 bucks, so I had to drop that plan as well, eventually I had to order a complete set of allen keys of variety of sizes and then I was finally able to assemble the whole chair. Overall the chair is good and very comfortable but they could have made sure to provide the right spare parts. Also no customer service is available for the product brand so once you buy it, you are on your own.I would rather purchase something locally as far as furniture is considered as I have been heavily disappointed in Amazon by this purchase

I am having Crinking noise all the time in my Office chairs.Not sure how to resolve.
