Q: Can I upgrade this to brushless, if so what motor should I need?

No the speed control will not handle a brushless motor

Q: What is the capacitor for I have see the other car on Remo Hobbys site and it dosent have it?

This is version 2 of this vehicle I think the capacitor was inside esc on other truck but it’s just to help the flow of electricity when u first hit the throttle some company’s don’t use them anymore anyway
