Kimbop is a fun book that teaches kids to imagine and explore the world around them and in their mind. The art is vibrant and fun. I highly recommend this book.

Just read this to my daughter for the 2nd time this week. She loves it so much she has been asking to watch Kimbop on YouTube! I tell her someday baby, it may happen lol. The illustrations are wonderful and color vibrant. Really love the art style. Definitely a keeper!

I've followed the career of Kritsopher Kotcher for almost a decade now, and I've gotten to see his paintings come together for this book over that time through different social media outlets as well as in person or a rare occasion. They are hand made, work intensive, larger than life, and packed with as much opportunity to get lost into a revelry of wonder as any painting I've ever seen. I think it's the most undervalued book on shelves at the moment if consider for the price you're getting an entire set of these illustrations. On top of that, the writing mingles with the imagery seamlessly ; unlocking that whimsy and exploration in each work. You can think of a story by Seuss mixed with Sendak that's given to us by an artist who's led 30 lives before he published. You feel his punk roots and his graffiti upbringing in the style and the sense of adventure. Above all you feel his dedication to pushing into ones own imagination to find everything we most deeply need.

The illustrations and story in this book are top tier! I highly recommend this book for anyone who enjoys having a sense of wonder! go explore with Kimbop! You’ll have tons of fun!

I purchased this book as a Christmas gift, but read it before wrapping and I love it! It is such a cute story and is so incredibly visually stunning. I love the encouragement for outdoor adventure and exploration, and the art is just to die for. This is great for all ages, too. I will definitely be purchasing again for other gifts, but I will get one for myself first. I could just stare at the art for days! I look forward to more from this author/artist.

I love this book, both for myself and children! The illustrations are so colorful and full of detail, and the story is engaging. Good word to picture ratio for a range of ages. I bought one for myself and several for the miniature adventures in my life. My 18 mo old nephew loves looking at the pages, and the story holds his attention throughout the entire book. A refreshingly unique storybook.

My kids who are 8 and 9 loves this book! They loved all of the artwork, and were drawn in to the story of adventure by the Seussical whimsy of the authors words. My own children could see themselves in Kimbop as they themselves LOVE to explore. Ever since getting the book they have been busy drawing and creating their own characters and stories.

Kimbop's adventure is full of amazing detail and beautiful colors on every page, it pulls you into Kimbop's adventure with them. The artwork is like nothing I have ever seen in a children's book and while my children really delighted in each page, I did as well. Each time we read it, we see something new!
