LEGONinjago Jay ZX (9553)

It’s Lego, the kids love everything about Lego and especially the Jay character.

Ninjago is my son's absolute favorite toy right now.. anything Ninjago basically is 5 star in our house. No complaints about this one, it is what it is. I rated the educational 3 star simply because it's still Lego and can go with his random building of stuff. It's meant to be an expansion for an existing spinner but we're currently busy building a stand for all of his figures and their weapons/gadgets.FYI don't buy Lego from ToysRUs if you can avoid it. Overpriced. I'm lucky enough to have a Lego store near us which is by far along with Amazon the cheapest around, Target being next in line.

Typical expensive lego little figure. But part of the new collection. Grandson was elated upon receiving several these for his birthday. Cost is typical Lego. He is collecting them all.

My 7 y/o son decided to (have me) order this on Amazon after failing to find it in two big box stores. He and his brothers are really into the Ninjago cartoon, so they play with this a lot, making up all sorts of imaginary adventures. They particularly love the back scabbard and multiple weapons. We don't have the starter kit, so they don't play with it the "official" way. We are pleased with Lego's quality and attention to detail.

This is a perfect addition to a collection, or is perfect as a start to a collection. Especially for the price. I know these things can be expensive, and this is the cheapest I have found. You get the character, and a few weapons. Perfect!
