Marjolein Bastin Nature's Inspiration 12-Month 2023 Monthly/Weekly Planner Calendar

The artwork in this yearly planner is absolutely beautiful, no doubt about that. However, despite the gorgeous artwork, I don't think I would buy this planner again. The reason is that the pages are glossy, which makes it hard to write on. I have found that everything but a permanent marker smears. (And I don't like to use permanent marker due to the harsh chemical smell.) In addition, I would prefer to have more room to write my daily to do lists. The area for each day is actually quite small. So in all, it's a very pretty planner but not as completely functional as I would like. Next year I'll likely just go back to using a cheap notebook to plan my activities for each week.

The media could not be loaded.  I’ve been purchasing the Marjolein Bastin daily planner for years. I usually buy it locally, but couldn’t find it this year. I was happy to find it on Amazon. I love the artwork in it. It brightens my day! like that I have a physical way of planning my days. Electronics sometimes fail, so it’s nice to have a back-up version. I like the coil binding - you can fold it over to reduce the size it takes up on the counter, and it lies flat/open to write on.

It's more book than I needed (has two sections of calendar, one with more room to write, plus a few extra pages for notes, and an elasticized bookmark) but very beautiful and feminine . Like someone else commented, I use it with a fine permanent marker to prevent smearing. Although others here say the quality is not as good as it used to be, I have never purchased one before and think the quality is really good. A calendar is the only remaining thing I do hardcopy, as opposed to my desktop and smartphone, and being that I am a gardener, it's a nice book I leave out on my desk.

Binding was so tight it would be very hard to actually use the binding or folding instead of breaking the papers. Paper was also very shiny and doubt normal pen ink would work without smearing. Probably only sharpie could be used on it. Returned it right away as it won’t be good for use

Just getting ready to start using this for 2023 and the elastic strap broke. Super disappointed. I have been buying these for 3 years now. They are otherwise very beautiful agendas!
