I got this for my husbands birthday (he’s Scottish)He doesn’t like to read and I have been trying to get him to start to help switch off from scrolling through his phone at night.He read this pretty quickly and enjoyed it - he’s ordered himself a new book to read now

Be you a Scot (like me) or not this is funny in many ways, I had heard a few of the stories before but that didn't interfere with my enjoyment reading this.

Clever drop into book. Some really witty items

I did enjoy the book - it is funny and gives insight to Scottish point of view on life. Somehow, I expected a heftier book, ie more pages and more print per page. There are a lot of (cute) illustrations and empty space on pages. Do not regret purchase. Any dose of Scotland is barrie!

Filled with great stories that will provide fodder to share at gatherings.
