Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend, looked around for a while and this book was by far the best one for what I was looking for. The author talks with great enthusiasm and love for the Caribbean. Gives you a great back story of the ingredients used and the dishes. Great read and wonderful recipes to try.

bought as a gift. Brother in law loved it. Really good informative book about history of carribean food, what kinds of food they use etc. Receipes looked amazing. Have challenged him to cook us a nice meal from it after lockdown.
