I studied this book page by page and answered and reviewed the rationale for every single practice question. I did really well on the State Nursing Boards (twice), but this was the hardest exam I've ever taken. The book did not prepare me hardly at all. I'm not sure if the material is based on an older exam, but it was basically a waste of a LOT of time.

There are only a few exam reviews for this certification and your study material is very impressive with its content. It has detailed explanation of course-related subjects; includes challenging questions with excellent rationale; and it is easy to read and understand. Thank you for creating this study guide to help students become successful in passing the CNL certification exam.

There is very little out there for studying for the CNL exam. This should help one pass the exam!

I have read through the book already and love it! I would rate this book a '5'. The format is easy to follow with the sections following a logical sequence, highlighting important concepts. As I read through the book various classes were refreshed in my mind and readings recalled. Study guides sometimes are not all that they are promised to be but yours definitely is. As I continue to prepare for the exam this guide will not leave my side.

This book was concise and straightforward. However it was published in 2012, and it’s 2019 (when I’m writing this review). It would be better if the book came out with a second edition with up to date information

I like that the study information is condensed and inclusive of many CNL topics. The practice questions are Nicely mixed and the rational provided is detailed and very helpful

I really like the material and find the test taking strategies helpful. I would like to see more than one practice exam, even if it would provide a link to additional questions it would be helpful.

I like the layout of the information in this guide, because it makes it easier to retain. I would not hesitate to recommend this book to my friends and coworkers who are interested in the exam.
